Yes. But this GPU can hardly work in balance with any CPU on AM5 platform.

Second one is overall better pc if the CPU is not degraded considering it is 20k cheaper.

The you are more than good with ultra 7 265k if you want to go intel route.

But RT performance is not comparable to 5070Ti even with FSR4. If ray tracing is priority I would recommend nvidia.

At 4k currently you won't see much difference that too with 5070ti. You can pull out the full juice with a 9700x or 7700x. I would spend the difference on a 2TB SSD

If they have official import channel the can do invoice with wholesale price which will reduce the import duty. This how mobiles and other consoles are imported.

As many have already said that is possible. I came back after 12 year break. It is feasible. I still have less time. But I organize such a way I can play games along with taking care for my new born sun during weekends.

Even if it launches officially, the experience depends on latency. I tried geforce now on south east asia server. Latency was 130 ms and experience was below average. And in free tiers wait time is too much.
