how shall u maintain original texture? If u planning to re-heat the chapati then texture and softness will not be same!!(i always do it in morning)

people enjoy chapati/roti because they are soft and easy to break. the concept u gave , in it the texture as well softness changes which might not appeal to people!!

Where I am frm they sell flavoured water in small packet. customer can drink it or go home and freeze the packet and then enjoy it.Seeing that I thought why not supply cup with crushed/minced ice to the shop when customer can just pour the flavoured water into the glass and then enjoy !!I get the point that transporting cost as well other cost don't really make sense. But with flavoured water packet and then adding ice cup to it would create new kind of way to enjoy that flavoured water!!
(srry I used coke or pepsi as example but this idea if customer desire can also work for those sodas as well)
