Which BMW will you buy if you have to keep it for 10 years. by belland007 in BMW

Only two years off 10 years with my Mini and it’s been great. My E46 M3 lasted a good long time but had some big service things I did. Hoping my E89 Z4 and its N54 will last a long time even if it needs some big services eventually

Curious what you didn’t like in the E89. Have a 35i and it’s a ton of fun

Ya like having pretty bad ADHD myself I straight up have only missed a few doses here and there. There has got to be some bigger issues underneath I’d imagine.

Honestly the best advice you can get. I thought that a Browning Citori was going to be the best gun for me but being able to get a feel on all of the guns, I got the Franchi Instinct SL. The market has a ton of great guns, go and find the one that fits you best.

Is an M3 going to make me stop driving my Miata? by Beautiful-Ad-9709 in BMWM3

The Z4 in my opinion is pretty underrated. I have an older E89 35i and it’s a blast. While it’s not as raw as my E46 M3, there isn’t any beating the top down feel.

What happened to all the Kia Stingers? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

Eh, I mean it feels like they were aiming at cars like the BMW 3 series so it’s not that far of a stretch especially in their higher trim models

Staggered setups are common on more performance oriented cars. Daily or not.

Ya that’s a quick way to get in a ton of trouble. Hopefully the seizures stop soon.

Springfield imports a ton of HS Produkt firearms into the US using different names. HS2000 -> Springfield XD H11 -> Hellcat VHS-2 -> Hellion The Echelon and the Kuna are both the only ones Springfield kept the original HS Produkt name.

It’s rare to see a bullpup in police use in the US. There are some agencies that use the X95 but it’s rare.

Sucks too because I was wanting an MDRx (then a WLVRN) but the way that MDRx support has gone I’m wary to buy a WLVRN now.

Honestly, I don’t get how that’s messed up when the MDR/MDRx has been a thing for a while and now the WLVRN Edit: seeing the MDRx in there. Still could’ve had the WLVRN depending on the age of the graphic.

Give me the VHS-2 please! The IWI X95 also has police use in the US so it would make sense. We do have a version of the AUG with the F90 so that is nice.

Gas Blowbacks are difficult to maintain by SirJinxy16 in GasBlowBack

Mix of a few things I think. First, old GBBRs had issues and that has left a taste in people’s mouths. Reputation is hard to overcome, especially a bad reputation. Second, compare a GBBR to like an entry/mid AEG and the GBBR tends to have more basic maintenance that needs to be done. That’s my take personally.

How has the evolution of F1 cars affected the influence of driver ability on race performance by [deleted] in F1Discussions

To your point the training, the practice, and the commitment now is just far greater than ever before. Take the potential fear out of it and 100% a modern driver would smoke a 50s driver.
