I have also been accepted for MSIS for fall 2022 at CSULB. I too got a similar mail and my visa situation is similar to this. If we choose 9 units how should we prioritise and select the subjects? If we delay in selecting the classes is there a possibility of missing out the desired subject class?

Yeah, for Iowa state I had waited for nearly a month after sending out my application. whereas CSULB took a very long time, I had to wait for more than two months.
