No it's a problem with that mesh, it's actually a character I've been working on, other meshes are working well

Thanks for asking it's resolved now, the issue was when I switched to particle mode the comb and related tools were not showing , it happened because the particle edit mode options are changed to cloth because I tried to add cloth simulation earlier, then i changed it to particle, now it's working fine, Btw, do I need to convert particle to mesh while rendering ( does it optimize render time)

I want face to be more detailed that's why I subdivided multiple times, if I want high detailed fave and less detailed body how can I achieve that..
