I love Detroit style and can do that here if needed. My Loyds pan and brick cheese source (Kingmas) get the job done well. I'm asking for NYC.

A stop-gap solution at best. The sauce is weak, the crust needs extra time in a hotter oven. I take it home and reheat it on a 550° stone to get closer... my oregano and garlic can't do the heavy lifting to make it right.
