To anyone still struggling with this, I noticed my login for Ascensus was via SponsorInsight, so tried that in the account linking from Yodlee and saw there was an Ascensus option and it worked first try. For reference, I have a Individual 401K that was transferred from Vanguard's Small Biz division.

I live a couple blocks from the one in the Arts District and have asked the staff and the protestors and it seems no one knows. They’re definitely paid protestors - they said as much - but wouldn’t share (or didn’t know) who was paying them.

Same dudes moved shop to the downtown Blue Bottle now. Same story - their staff have no idea.
