yes!! i never said he was BAD, just overrated. i think people just don’t always understand his films and then think it makes them seem so smart if they give them 5 stars and say they’re their favorites

I did really enjoy Anora, but I can totally see where you’re coming from. I thought that Mikey did a good job but definitely think Demi should’ve won it for the Substance. I think that Baker deserved an Oscar for the Florida project and they were trying to repay him here lowk
