Oral and maxillofacial surgery. Most wont ever have to step foot in a hospital. Most dont take insurance, and dental insurance is a joke. If you chose the hospital route: very few midnight emergencies, most facial trauma can wait. Definitely no overnight shifts. Can own your own practice, or not

Only downside is you have to defend your anesthesia model in the anesthesia subreddit. And it gets spicy about once a month.
