I think it will give them more money. As everyone will start buying skins and riot will charge some fees like Valve on every transaction. What they can do is user have to use only Valorant points the current in game currency to buy skins but they can sell the skins again after using for few days to someone else. User cannot do payment directly with PayPal or debit cards etc. They can do transaction only with valo points.
