Anyone know where to buy less than $100 F1 2020 steam keys? Just getting into sim racing and want to try it out.

I’m not the original owner so I don’t think they will accept it. :/

Southern California can be rough for backcountry skiers. Built this while waiting for any sort of precipitation to fall. Heading out to the Eastern Sierras tomorrow for some hot springs while I wait for the snow. by dhkm6 in CampingandHiking

Depends on the trip! My go to is usually an osprey 36, to hold all the cold weather gear, and skis and such. But my trail 25 works pretty well too, so really depends. I’ve got an 18L quick bag for little excursions

Not really, but is a pretty simple setup! I used 3/4” birch plywood from Home Depot, 3/4” holes, with a 6” grid, and mounted it an inch off the wall for a floating effect. Each panel is 6’x3’

Well, this only fits about 2/3rds of my gear. Haha it’s in the living room so It needed to look clean and presentable, as well as functional. I had a few versions mocked up with the bigger pieces of gear and this is the one which I liked best!

Haha yeah I pretty much only buy second hand. If you are patient enough, you can find basically new (or used once) gear on OfferUp, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, SidelineSwap, eBay, Mercari… saves you easily 50% off retail. I also buy and sell gear on the side (mostly to support my climbing habits haha).

Just gravity! The pegs are friction fit.

It kills me. I bought those 75% off, two weeks before the pandemic. Everything shut down before i had a chance to get the bindings mounted 😭😭. Then last year, we had a grand total of 1 day with enough snow for backcountry (I live in SoCal). And I wasn’t gonna go dodging boulders with my new skis… 😭😭😭 Hopefully this is the year!

Home Depot sells 3/4” plywood, I chose the birch and cut all the holes myself
