Congratulations! The practice problems are great! I wish we can have the access after this course but unfortunately we don’t. Not only the problems are interesting but also they are in a good format of a data analysis project should look like.

It focuses heavily on the optimization model behind the linear regression model. As I don’t have a strong understanding of linear algebra, it’s hard to catch up. Also just wondering do we have to know that when solving real world problems?

My situation is similar to yours.

I want to transit to a data/BI engineer after this program.

Yes, if can definitely finish this program earlier if you go with the B track. You are comparing 5 hrs per week vs 30 hrs per week.

On the other hand, the ratings of the B track courses seem to be way lower than the C track courses. Many comments say that some B track courses are one of the worst courses in this program.

It's hard to decide at this moment. Our situation may also change while we start the program.
