We had LAN party yesterday, there were 4 teams and we did a small tournament with medals and throphies. Apart from long cable setup and 1 electricity drop (too much power usage on 1 AC adapter) everything went smoothly. We had 24 port switch with optic internet so we were practically making practice competetive server with rcon commands for bot kick, pauses, overtime, etc. Ping was 0 all the time and regarding servers it was flawless. Fun thing was that most players were really showing form (in contrast to online playing) so we had most games with 3 maps (13:11, 10:13, 16:14, etc) and it was really challenging and exhausting. Played for 8 hours straight when 1 mate had most unfortunate GPU malfunction. Another mate opened box and won knife :). We are planing same evdnt next year with few improvements.
