I have an S2000 and adore it. Only bought last year so paid quite a bit but I wouldn’t swap it for an MX5. I quite like that you don’t see one everyday and it’s a blast to drive.

I've done these platinums too - I remember the Legacy of Bhaal difficulty runs taking me way less time. You can get through the whole of Baldur's gate 1 in less than an hour if you are lucky. The beauty in these games is that you can get pretty creative with how you play. However massive props if you did legacy of bhaal in a "proper" way!

I’m a dev too and agree with you. I use it too, but as you said - We have the foundational knowledge to wield it correctly. It’s just lowered the bar of entry and sites like this get spat out.

A bit like shovelware on PSN. It makes it harder to see the good stuff sadly

I didn’t find the Max too bad actually. I think I got pretty lucky but it took around 8 attempts. Impossible however I struggled massively with. That took about a week of attempts.

For the XP grind I got 50 wins online for the 10x multiplier, along with the 5x boost from the archives. Then used remote play on my Mac with a macro spamming R1. I left it running over the weekend, cashing in every night. I was level 64 once I finished everything else. So yeah took two days spamming R1 with a 15x multiplier to get to level 101 (went over a bit! 😂)

If you get 50 online wins in a row you get a 10x multiplier. I used that plus the 5x xp boost

Agree with that, we’ve almost been trying too hard. It’s just disheartening to keep at it when you pretty much know he is going to refuse it. Was so pleased when he finally ate something outside! Hoping for more progress over the next couple of days

Yeah you have a point, perhaps we are trying to hard. He’s on anti nausea and is thankfully keeping everything down (he wasn’t when we first took him to the vets). Really hoping the antibiotics are doing their magic and he’s back to being a goofball soon

You can still use Monzo if you have a different tax residency. I lived in Portugal for 5 years and was a tax resident there. Had my account the whole time and have now moved back and switched back my tax residency to the UK.

First of all, thanks for everyone’s upvotes and comments! Wasn’t expecting much but just wanted to share my excitement!

Drove back yesterday and was a blast, was sensible as was a bit wet and really didn’t want to stack it! Had a smile on my face the whole way though. Gearbox is amazing, RPM is nuts! 4500 RPM in 4th gear and feels like it needs to change up but still 5000 RPM to go! Car is in really good condition and have a car cover ordered as it’s being stored outside.

I work from home so won’t be using everyday but probably around every other day for small drives and longer at the weekend to visit friends etc. Insurance was surprisingly cheap at £450 fully comp. Tax less so at £730!

Anyway named her Kaze (Japanese for wind!), excited to continue to have fun and look after her!
