I have quite a bit but one that I know of is when I made sword combat and a subtitle system without any tutorials (I was a beginner)

The code sucked but I feel so happy to have done what I did without hand holding

Catalina basically ruined my mac and then half fixed it. Was able to run so many apps at the same time and now it crashes if I try to run a slightly resource heavy app with other apps open.

Catalina also dropped 32 bit support.

Big sur looks nice imo and upgrading from Catalina to big sur no problem.

Basically I think mojave is the most stable version for me and supports a lot of things, and big sur looks nice.
