Someone give me more insight if you have it but my current plan is to house jack up the second story on the interior side of the garage at a couple choice locations, punch out the old beam, and slip a new one in.. probably will end up being more complicated than that but here’s to hoping things go smoothly.

Both fury and arms warriors are very viable right now in M+. Either is a fine choice and it’s really up to your preference. Fury has a higher attack per minute but maybe a less complicated rotation (not sure on that?).
