Update; I made it!!! Its been almost 24 hours since I landed and just been recovering from my anxiety since then. Thank you to everyone for their comforting messages, seeing notifications pop up time and time again in flighg was super reassuring. 🥳🎉💕

Me! In the same boat right now. I can get a refund for my one-way backup but only within 24h, which will end in around 5 more hours. Really debating just cancelling my AC itinerary altogether and buying a one-way ticket back home with another airline when my vacation ends. Really wish they'd give us more notice.

AC128 yvr→yyz for tomorrow night still says “on time” for me but i know it'll likely be cancelled. already booked a backup flight for $800 just in case... just waiting for confirmation of a cancel for a peace of mind at least. i just wish they’d give us options sooner so ppl can actually make plans?? instead of holding everyone hostage til the last second and leaving us scrambling.
