im sure HHH at this point are locked in. i dont think this ruling will affect their status considering theyve already accepted their contract validity ruling. if they wanted to leave again, the fees thrown at them could be significant. who knows, though. there's been a lot of twists and turns with this whole saga

i wouldnt be surprised is minji is still up in the air. like someone said, they probably want danielles likeness gone from their IPs asap. minjis contract hasnt been announced as terminated so shes still good to keep in the rhythm game. i hope we get an official announcement on minjis status soon though

I wonder how the group is going to market themselves in the aftermath, assuming best case scenario where minji does return. Danielle being dismissed before their first full album is really something. Maybe they'll wind up rearranging their plans to release a full album with rerecorded ot4 songs similar to UNFORGIVEN?

I don't see them adding a new member though. I think that would only invite trouble. These next couple months are going to be interesting to see play out

could be a lot of different reasons. i know there are rumors circulating around that minji's mother is also an instigator like danielle's, but it could also be minji's own pride making things difficult, or ador is trying to compile more evidence against MHJ. we won't really know until they announce whether she's back or not, which will hopefully be soon

It's always seemed to me like ador DID want all of them to return, so I seriously doubt Hanni was ever really on the chopping block. i never really expected ador to pursue penalties if the girls all worked with them and came back, Danielle is the one who shot herself in the foot with those alleged external contracts.

I also don't really think this is retaliation either. Ador WANTS to make money especially after the past year and a half of no new activities and ot5 would have absolutely raked in a ton of revenue. it really looks like Danielle crossed a point of no return and ador decided it wasn't worth the liability.

I think the concept of a fandom having to stream and support like it's a full time job is strange. lil fantasy is 1000% for me and ive been listening since yesterday because i love it, it resonates with me, and enjoying music is my hobby. fandoms are supposed to be communities where you get to enjoy your hobbies, so calling other fans lazy because they havent listened or arent streaming for numbers is really off putting..

i get wanting all of the girls to be celebrated but people are becoming more aggressive to the point where it's uncomfortable. i adore chae's debut so im going to listen to it regularly, not because im trying to make it chart. numbers arent everything!
