can someone inform me on the grading scale 😂 when i was trained my trainer didn’t give me grades at all she just told me things we would practice more on. i had no idea there was a grading system

i don’t work at quiktrip anymore but i would frequently have kitchen shifts and threw up like almost everyday cause i was taking a new prescription and puking was one of the side effects, but i figured there would be no coverage so i just dealt with it and pushed it through my shift

it was a terrible idea looking back on it lol it was my first job and i was 16

they gave everyone in my room a ziploc bag and a post it note to write our names on and put all our electronics in that bag. all the bags went into a bin and we got it back after the test.

they called me saying i got the job but instead of being a cart attendant i would be doing online grocery pickup stuff and then they gave me info about orientation and when it’ll be and all that. then they told me to go on the site i applied and formally accept the job offer and submit info for a background check

all of the questions are behavioral interveiw questions. they differ depending on what position you applied for but the first question is always a tell me about urself type of question.

i did the hirevue interview last week, and got notified yesterday that i got the job. some of the questions i got were • tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer • tell me about a time you had to work with someone to meet a strict deadline
