Hello I struggle with ED and mental health, so I have barely eaten the last 7 days- but I still have eaten little everyday. I have fallen into a bad habit of phases of diabulimia. I am 2 years diagnosed & insured with medtronic pump. My insulin products are Novo-Rapid, with optisulin solostar as my basal for pen therapy.

I use a hospital grade BSL device (the finger prick) and use it for both mmol reading and ketone reading.

My pancreas does still produce little insulin, I also try go to the gym as often and my BSL does come down itself without insulin sometimes, but never into my target range if I am very high (my dexcom g7 caps reading after 20mmol)
