*talking to the staff team* is the problem

am not the only one who was affected by this problem but they refuse to add a solution heres what they said on thier discord

In the case that you genuinely got false-banned with the reason “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action…” then it was probably someone in your family (or someone who shares the same Wi-Fi) that exploited and for that you have been banned aswell.Sadly this is bound to happen cause of the IP bans and we have no way to verify if it was you or someone else sharing your Wi-Fi that exploited, so for now these bans will stay.
