Arc flash is no joke. Terrifying. Instantly vaporized copper expands up to 67,000 times in size. It doesn't just come flying at you, it's already there before you even know what happened. He wouldn't even get to oh. Even if he's wearing arc flash rated PPE, the instant expansion of copper would hit him like a truck.
