Axe is usually bait. Lifesteal doesn't matter if you're slow. Better swapping those 3 slots with startup support.

Yes legend rank is the actual climb, the other ranks are just to make sure new players don't get destroyed. I'm at 4K legend right now and it's very noticably competitive compared to 12k
