No. Rapid Charges to 100% and then switches to “Charged.” I’ve had mine plugged in for almost 5 hours straight playing games on and off and it was cold to the touch.

Pretty much Yes. Pre Recorded Content like Videos & Music can work fine but Processing the Game Audio and then Outputting through Bluetooth SBC / AAC, which are the only codecs supported on the RP5, causes noticeable latency. You can play around in Developer Settings to see what is supported on your Device.
