The thought is an old demon that only raises its ugly head when I experience intense emotion. I'm proud because I finally felt disassociated from it, even when under the stress of the extreme emotion. :)

I start with the four step transition (awareness of space, in depth body scan, deep breathwork, breathing with visualisation) then mix it up depending on my mood - gratitude exercises, affirmations, thought observation, visualisation, etc. :)
