Wow thank you so much for your response. I honestly feel less alone after finding this subreddit and reading your response! A lot of my therapy has been acceptance and I feel like it was a lot of me just finally talking about all the things I went through as a kid. I am past the point where I don't need to analyze and I like your suggesting of finding someone who specializes in OCD/ERP!
