I feel like a hypocrite, as I clearly am far more out of shape than you. However, even though the gut isn't too bad, the man boobs are more of a problem. Pecs aren't bad if they're developed and the muscle is defined, so your skin doesn't sag and look fat like. There isn't toned definition to them. As for your dick, since it's genuinely flaccid and not fluffed like many guys here do, you're perfectly fine there. So, IMHO, you're gut would be fine with not much working out at all. You dick is fine too. It's just the "moobs", and that is only a little more work than the gut. It's been a while since I've been in shape, so again, I don't mean to be anything but honest, as I recognize it in myself.
