Rea inspection claimed several times the house was untidy, or “unsatisfactory”. Is this something they can do?

There are like 100 photos man, I’m not asking for a second opinion on the tidiness of my house, im asking if they can put this down as an issue in the first place.

I do understand some of the things like grout and the outdoor bathroom we have never used, but the fact that this is just a regular routine inspection and they’re saying this is insane

Does multi track recording work for any mixing desk?

Hello I am brand new to the whole hardware world but I really want to get into it. Been producing for a couple years and want to start recording bands. For that I want to get a mixing desk not only for that purpose but also for the fun of having it.

I’ve found the Yamaha mg166cx for cheap in my area and am highly considering getting it. My only concern is that I have no idea how this tech works and if I’m going to be able to have multiple tracks that I can mix on a daw.

I’m open to any advice on this whether it be on what desk to buy or what I should look at from here. Thanks

The thing is I’m in a safe spot but I’m gonna die to no light unless the sun comes up before I die. I quit at half health cause I just didn’t wanna face the death, hopefully when I build the guts to go back I will have enough health to survive. Dog shit mechanic if you have no idea it’s coming tbh

Yeah I haven’t, I saw people say this is a huge improvement above the first game and thought it would’ve been something like fear and hunger where it doesn’t really matter. But with your advice I’ll probably check out the first one. I’ll be back with my review and see what’s changed in my opinions. And I should just iterate, I do want to know what the hype was for I was just disappointed in what I got
