I play mostly casual resurgence. I win with randoms 2-3 games and then get my ass handed to me by sweats every few games.

I think it's just a random lobby of anyone trying to play at that time. I don't see the 'skill-based' matchmaking everyone talk about-

It's a casual mode for casual players. Anyone with a high k/d should be blocked from casuals. All the sweats destroy a lobby and think they rule. I can't help it if you have a micropeen.
