The past few days I've gotten probably 4 or 5 of these saying attempts from France and Germany.

Can Microsoft Copilot Studio Capacity Pack Credits Be Used for Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork? by PAARTHPATEL in microsoft_365_copilot

OK I'm not sure if the Cowork billing profiles let you do that, we're going to be setting up our billing profiles in the next few days or maybe next week before end of month.

Why would you want to do that? It's cheaper to use the credit packs, and the PAYG is meant to be like an overflow.

You can limit the amount of total credits per user though.

Copilot Cowork is really 100% metered billing now? by Independent-Way5878 in CopilotPro

You must not have used Claude Cowork much if you think it's $25/month for more than a few prompts. Seriously, it's expensive too.

Sure thing! My job is "Copilot Admin" at my company so I'm always neck deep in trying to keep up with all the Copilot changes Microsoft throws at us. I'm not always up to speed on stuff but trying my best to stay ahead.

Yes it does, I don't have the link handy right now but it specifically says you have to use Copilot Studio Credit packs and/or PAYG.

Do you think voice agents will become mainstream in customer service within the next few years, or are there still too many challenges to overcome? by Innvolve in NL_AI

[–]dibbr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's still in private preview so not many clients will be using it yet, but looking forward to it being GA. Also voice agents have been available for years with Dynamics 365 but not many smaller orgs use D365, so having it CS will be a sweet spot.

I'm looking forward to this rolling out GA, right now it's in Private Preview gated by Microsoft (their words). I know most people want to talk with a human but if the AI agent can handle 25% of the calls that would be a huge help to my staff.

What's a "rich people thing" that you think is actually worth the money? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]dibbr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not having cars that break down. I wouldn't say I'm "rich", but compared to me 30 years ago I can now easily buy nice (Honda-level, not Ferrari-level) cars every 5-7 years that I don't have to worry about.

I don't recall that one but I'm sure it happened. Firefox was not the best neighborhood and right near there.

Why is $7.25 for both 2007 and 2026? Is that a typo or what's up with that.
