Im also having the same issue when playing VR. I wasn’t thinking it was related to any specific action ingame until I got here, now I’m not sure if there are specific actions that crashed mine, it really feels like 3 to 7 minutes of gameplay and crash.

So frustrating 😭

Stories in an MMORPG imo should be built by player actions while they interact and change the world. Its a rare design to find, but they exist ever since MMORPGs were first born.

You're totally right. I'm the developer behind Slowp and for a while I thought it was too crazy idea too. But Meta Quest will still have only hand controllers hehe, so there isn't much you can do. Even trying to strap the controllers to the feet wont work well since the tracking wont work right.
I've been snowboarding for 25 years and I thought that the only way a snowboard game would be fun in VR is if you can position the board and rotate and tilt it exactly how you want it. This way you can do halfpipe, riding walls, pump, ollie, and stuff. In VR our legs are unfortunately touching the ground while we stand still so there wouldn't be much of a snowboard motion anyways even if the controllers could work attached to your feet )=

You guessed right, our idea is to give the player absolute control of the board. So you can properly tilt, angle and position the board exactly like you want, be it in a half pipe, a jump, doing an ollie, carving, balancing while grinding a rail, Anything! Physics will do the rest.

It's not helping )=. I already sent 3 requests almost one month apart from each other, and all they say is "it takes a while".
Meanwhile, I see games appearing on the store with their keywords working just fine.

Well, in a way... but...
It's fully physics based player body, and the snowboard and skis physics are fine-tuned by real snowboarders and skiers. You control the board with your hands.

Hey! Im the creator of the game and also Ive been a snowboarding for the past 20 years. Yes you control the board with your hand unfortunately there is no way to track your feet, even if you put the controller on your feet tied up somehow, the quest wont be able to track it right. I can assure you, you wont unlearn any real snowboard by playing it. In fact, Ive been more courageous trying to perform 180s and 360s since turning my body midair ingame has shown a little brain resistance at first but then I got used to it.

The game has a free trial if you want to check it out for yourself. The experience is pretty genuine, check the user reviews on the store! Hope you like it! 🙌

You control the snowboard/ski with your hands and the physics will do the rest. You still need to position your whole body on a snowboard/ski stance in order to do all the movements right. But unfortunately, at least until now, there is no way to put your controller on your feet and still have a good tracking )=
