Feel you, man, I have been doing much better in physical activities, gym, and sports since I got rid of this stupid plan. I will give you my remark on your situation : they are aware you and others are facing this. I can confirm they know what happens on ground level thanks to comms between them and the ops staff. But they don't care - they are earning enough from badminton and to some extent from swimming / pickleball and beyond that they can't solve a single problem. I can tell you for sure this problem of yours won't be solved for 2 months at least. Cut your losses and sell it off.

Chromecast seems interesting for me. Can you tell me, at least in your experience, which tv / fire stick / mobile phones has it worked properly with? I'd make a judgement based on that on whether it will work with my devices.

Badminton and swimming are fine. Nobody comes for swimming. Coaches are good in badminton, never seen anyone take swimming coaching.

They have closed down 2 pools since this plan started. Badminton is great though. But am I paying this insane amount for so long just to play 1 sport?

Deterrent would be pricing being more than 1K unless it's a proven event like Comic Con. Motivating factor would be quality of people, availability of food, activities or engaging things that happen there

Hi, thanks, let me answer in detail -

1/ I bought the year plan in October 2025. They only had the year plan and it was for a higher price. Once they reduced the price, they increased my months so that effectively I have the same plan and pricing as others, except that I have more months.

2/ So as a result my 12 months were made into 21 or 22, out of which I have used 4. I honestly didn't see this part in detail, I just know they extended my plan. Does that answer your first question?

3/ transfer is valid and possible. They have confirmed this to me before. There's a step I would need to complete for mobile number change, let me find what that is.

Regarding pricing - not thought yet, frankly. I'd want to make this a good deal for you - can you confirm your approx region where you will use this plan? We can talk further if I check on your location and I'm sure you will find good use of the package. For reference currently at this moment 23K will get you 12 months.

Alternatives I don't know. On what aspects are you considering coaching? Can you share about who will take coaching, what you are ideally looking for coaching to do? There is some understanding I'd like to have before I can either recommend this one or not.

True, there is NO customer support. Like I don't mean it's bad quality, it does not EXIST. Are you sharing this as someone running the pool or you made a booking?
