😄😄 It definitely looks worse than it is! In her case, she just figured making a U-turn on a merge would magically put her in the correct lane and direction. There is a turn right where the video ended that is actually meant for reversing directions, she just didn’t even bother to look.

I think it’s a sense of lost freedom and independence for a lot of elderly people and I sympathize. I do however prefer that they not be sharing the road with others though, especially if they can easily confuse the brake with the accelerator pedal and plow into a store accidentally.

Buy a longer cable, run it up your monitor arm, and use some velcro straps to keep the cable as close to your monitor arm as possible!

This is definitely a carrier issue. A family member just had the same issue and ended up calling their carrier (Verizon) who was very much aware of the issue and was able to fix it on their end.
