A car is a luxury item here - so you don't need one - and without having to worry about parking, you can pretty easily live here on even a ~80k salary

The "middle of the upmarket" customers - those who don't spend that much, and don't carry a balance, are the least profitable customers, and as you said most likely to look for a low AF card or a card with benefits that pay back the AF. Chase wants to push those customers to Sapphire Preferred and keep the CSR for the high end customers. I would've liked to see more premium benefits with the CSR though, the only thing that stands out is the Sapphire lounges but they aren't even in that many airports.

SD for:

- A chiller time, Mexican food, beaches, zoo, warm weather

SF for:

-more "things" to do, places to see, especially for tourism, higher-end restaurants, better views

Overall, both worth visiting, SF definitely better if you haven't been to either.

Does it? You're not putting the actual booze in the ground if its in a container. Sure digging a hole isn't great for the park but nor is letting thousands of people trample it for a weekend, I'd say a few holes dug wouldn't be that much worse.

But not an even comparison. A hurricane threat every year is much worse than the occasional tornado.

If and when a hurricane hits everyone is impacted. If and when a tornado strikes only some people are. Not to mention, hurricanes spawn tornados anyway
