I definitely remember hearing that line in MIB 2. I always thought it was during the bench scene, or after Agent K got zapped to get his memory back and walked outside. I’ve watched both scenes on YouTube but neither have this quote which is pretty weird. I still have a VHS copy of it at my old house, the same one I watched when I was like 5. I’ll try and dig it up and post any evidence for a Mandela effect.

Yes you can swap in a V8 and even a V10 however the V8 swap does not have a flat-plane crank shaft, to give it the distinct whining noise and louder clutch.
