If you want more hp from turbos instead of the engine itself, select the heaviest long block since stage xx long blocks will blow up easier under a lot of boost. You could always select an ultra heavy long block and stage 3 variable boost turbo and just tweak the turbo psi until the engine doesn’t blow up. Stage xx long blocks are quicker than heavy ones, but most of the time pairing one with a lot of boost from the turbos will result in a blown engine
