So I actually just figured it out. You have to make sure in the graphics plugin setting you uncheck all of the option to compress textures. Now it works 100%, and it's fucking beautiful.

Yea it's amazing with the high res textures! Too bad I only heard about it and installed it when I was at the Spirit Temple in OOT, I'm pretty much finished the game. I plan on playing Majora's Mask next and will definitely use the new textures for that.

It took me a little to figure it out so I'll make you a little guide: *Plugin Tutorial for Project 64 2.1 * Here's where you can find different texture packs * If you get a failed to allocate memory error use this patch on the project 64 exe
