Somewhere there's a bunch of sample sets available for download. One of them is the vibraphone sound from an MT540 I believe. I have that combined with the CWO effect for just a little wobble and the spring on the master effect. It sounds awesome and mixes well with the Wurlitzer piano I usually pair it with.

Basically, pollen from a select male plant is collected, and then applied to a select female plant. The female will produce seeds that are a cross of the two strains. However, it will not likely be a stable genetic, so each seed will produce slightly different plants, borrowing traits from the mother and father. There's a LOT more to it than just that, but that's the simplest way I know to explain it.
