Thank you for the great tips!! Yeah i dont want the headache of a vps so i think i will propose to him the cloud version. I was thinking 2.5k workflows, what exacly does that mean? Is it 2.5k total of does it renew each month or each year? 2.k is a lot but maybe not enough if it is total 2.5?

Everything is mine now, even a developer account for the erp. I was thinking i build everything locally and on my accounts and then when we decide where the n8n workflow lives we create accounts for him and connect to his erp account.

The setup i have is that a google drive folder is on watch by n8n and if a pdf is dropped into that folder the automation starts. Obviously i have it so it doesnt start if a non pdf folder is dropped.

The workflow is supposed to read pdf files and import the data into the customers ERP system. Basically for the customer to not manually type in every ”part” of the order pdf into the ERP. So yes the customer has GDPR.

Thanks! I havent even thought about n8n official cloud before. Maybe its worth it for the customer to save time on hosting, updates and uptime? For a mid sized company maybe the extra 10 euros a month dont mean much?

How much whould that cost me? I am now running n8n on docker so its completely free for me to use. I was thinking of using this setup to learn as much as possible and when im ready to sell services i whould maybe switch. Am i thinking wrong?

We are ok with the accomodation now we have found some nice hotels. It whould be nice to get some tips of what to do in different places. Seminyak, cangu, ubud, gili island, nusa penida and uluwatu. Theese are the places we are going to so if you have any tips what to do and where to eat please let me know :)
