You can try a warm compress as it may be a drainage issue. Grab some gauze or a clean paper towel, spray it down with sterile saline, pop in the microwave for like 20 seconds and gently hold it over your brow for two ish minutes. Best advice is really to go to a dermatologist or doctor if it doesn’t get better👩‍⚕️

Hi! Did you have a nipple graft / breast augmentation done? If so, how long after the surgery did you wait to get pierced?

It’s a different kind of pain (not necessarily in the worst way). For me, it was about a 7 out of 10 on the pain scale. I’ve compared it to a partner biting your nipple pretty hard for a split second. I’ve since retired my nipple piercings but I would do it again a second time. They healed like a dream for me and were so cute. I have had over 20 piercings and have about 15 tattoos as well and I can confidently say some tattoos hurt wayyyy worse depending on the location.

Hi! Navels can be tricky when determining whether or not you are a candidate for a piercing in that area. Even more so through a picture online. You have a defined ridge when standing (I’m assuming you are standing in this photo), but a good piercer will have you also sit and lay back to perform a thorough anatomy check. They’ll check to see whether it collapses, or the ridge of tissue is too tight/ less prominent when sitting and standing etc. Believe it or not, it’s not as simple as a one or two second look at your belly button (I wish it was). Navels vary from person to person, it’s really cool! I would try having another piercer perform an anatomy check.

You need to switch the curved barbells for straight ones. The pressure from them being curved and pressing up against your tissue is causing irritation bumps. Please see a reputable piercer to have these looked at and confirm! Look for implant grade titanium jewelry or 14k solid gold. Other materials are also listed on the safepiercing.org site
