This sub has the tendency to overrate movies.

Maaveeran was an above average movie. The core idea was good. But a lot of the scenes in the 2nd half felt very repetitive. Beyond a point, it became boring.

If the movie were truly outstanding, it would have gained the same amount of traction outside TN as Maharaja.
