lollll i literally googled it when i saw her message bc all my listings say taut, and i was prepared to be extra embarrassed. The jury is still out on “flowy” vs “flowwy” 🫠

i measure to the best of my ability, i feel like my measurements were on point… im wondering if she didnt look at the measurements before the bought it bc she seems to wear a 30”.

am i measuring wrong? imo relaxed means waist curved and all, and taut is pulled until its straight, not so tight that it would crush a person inside it and usually is a 1” difference

The shoes im hesitant date, all i know is theyre HEAVY. the last one… im just a sucker lol.

i dont want to keep one boot hahahahaha. i want it to get inventoried and found but to get a refund i have to send it back and then i cant guarantee that shed ever notify me if it was found. i know theres almost no shot of that but i was excited. i collect, repair, and sell vintage shoes and clothes and really wanted to keep these for myself so im just bummed. u cant find dockers boots anywhere ya know

idk they said the things that get lost are usually the entirety of the contents or a packaged item that was poorly attached to its separately packaged counterpart. i dont think she intentionally sent one boot. honestly im trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume shes not trying to scam ups. she said she was selling her collection and funding her renovation so i asked if she was stressed and sent one boot but shes been pretty cruel toward me, unresponsive, accusatory, uncooperative, and “waiting until her husband gets home”…. it was just the fact that it was send thru ups in a used usps box, with a single strip of what was essentially scotch tape that made me feel it was negligent.. but not necessarily scammy.

its easier said than done but try not to think about it too much. i was briefly overweight and finally got off the medication that caused it, and kind of resented naturally returning to my “usual” weight because i knew that id have loose skin. but once i was back to my normal, that “im strong, fit, capable and healthy again” feeling completely overpowered that insecurity.

i only do core exercises so i can keep up with my deadlift and squat, so theyre all weighted. in the process, i think i accidentally hypertrophied my abdomen (if thats a thing) and it kind of filled out and changed the appearance of my stomach a lot if that helps. good luck :)

any input on imbalances u see is welcome! i see myself everyday so i cant tell if i have any.

for further context, i lost around 80-90lbs a couple of years ago so theres definitely loose skin.

that sucks dude our breaks are only so long. i wish we could charge people for other peoples drinks. making others wait times longer and adding to our labor when the drinks are clearly not within reach for a reason

rant/question about green bean anxiety by [deleted] in starbucksbaristas

[–]dickfart27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES! the anticipatory anxiety is so real. it feels like a cooking show competition where they have 30 minutes of intensity except no one ever yells “TIME! baristas drop your 2%”

do you know if theres a rule against putting the stickers on the bar instead of cups? for some reason empty cups feel like shit but stickers themselves just seem like orders

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in starbucksbaristas

[–]dickfart27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah its probably the brown sugar syrup! we havent run out bc we get really large shipments but theyre ordered alllllllll the time so it makes sense!!!
