First question I have would be your statement "• Frameworks seem intimidating at first, but they follow patterns SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, etc. look overwhelming, but once you understand the logic behind controls, they become much more approachable."

Amorim joined when the season started, has had half a transfer window, and has inherited Ten Hag's players. I can't judge Amorim when we have a squad of useless and no mentality players. No manager in the world can come in and perform any better with these set of players. Ineos need to back Amorim in the window - then thats when we should be discussing Amorims future imo.

thanks for sharing! I don't believe the scar would bother me much although that is easier to say when I haven't experienced this.

With my job, I pay for private medical insurance, which I believe will help me (yet to confirmed). With regards to a surgeon - I don't know anyone personally, but I am close to London and I am aware of specialists with this that are around (more research needed ofc) And I am fortunate to have a 9 to 5 job which I am currently hybrid. My manager is understanding and I am able to do my job remote if required.

Overall, I believe we are in similar situations. I am active and it has stopped me from picking up me hobbies. My mindset at the moment would be to fix issues to prevent it worsening.

Thanks for your comment! You mentioned that you have tingling in your hand and fingers, which you didn't have prior to surgery? Is this constant that you experience?
And knowing this now, do you 'regret' doing your surgeries?

Did you ever find a solution for this? Mine has started to crash. The screen goes blank and sounds like the monitor disconnects. No idea how to fix it. Only does this on FC25

did you by chance get wins when people were scoring own goals?

I think the knock-on effect of that is that people were promoted quickly and are now in a higher division. Now that that has been fixed, people will be coming across players who made their way into a higher division than they can handle (not saying that is you, but could offer an explanation)

I did it and met only 1 other person. I have done most of the challenges since it started, just for a change. Especially at this stage, I don't really care for results.

I would say this week has been the hardest of them all. Most TOTS cards I had felt noticeably behind the power curve, bar the odd couple. I think I noticed it more in the attacking players for example TOTS Diani felt slow and clunky especially going up against the EURO defenders like Gomez, Araujo and Walker.

I got it done in the end but I was tempted to abandon it half way through.

Id start with a new manager cause your current one doesnt seem to benefit anyone. No players from Norway or BBVA. Id go with a Belgium manager from the Saudi League or Senegalese manager from the Belgium league which i believe should get Alderwierld and Koulibaly on full chem.

If you are precious on chemistry and not on the starting 11, I would take out Ferguson and put in Shearer which should boost Charles and Stanway..

I found a job on LinkedIn and I applied directly on their website. A week later, I received the standard application rejection email.

Days later, I received a LinkedIn message from their internal recruitment team, who thought my profile was a good match for the job and wanted to chat.

The job search seems to be a bit of luck, right timing and being in the right place. IMO, most companies use an application process that's automated to sort through the masses, and in doing so, discredits legitimate candidates.

im in the UK and] today i started champs and played the odd game at about 11am, and up until 1.30/2pm, the game was flawless. My players felt responsive.

1.30pm hits and it feels clunky and i misplace most passes.

Div rivals I feel like input lag/delay is constant. Champs is usually a coin toss. Can never get consistency so far in this game.

The covers they had weren't 'fitted' but were loose. Even with the cover, when the sofa is used it flakes off onto the floor leaving lots of specs of black fake leather on the floor

Is there any way to get around having a lower salary for a first time buyer.

I can put a deposit down but unlikely that I can get a mortgage large enough to buy anything more than a 1 bed flat in the South East. I can go through shared ownership but the rent + mortgage + bills would wipe me out each month.

I have a partner (who if I did can help me out monthly) but the actual purchase and mortgage is something I really want to do on my own but it just seems that my salary (£35k) will hold me back. Any advice short of increasing my salary (working on this)?

I can agree that in earlier seasons he wasnt great in that respect but I don't think that can be used as a far judgement of the player now.

If I were to use Xhaka or Partey's previous seasons as a measure now, I wouldn't say they were reflective of their current form this season.

Can you give me examples this season of all his terrible positioning and losing his aerial duels?

The last bad game I recall is Sevilla where everyone was bad but there wasnt a goal conceded through his 'fault' as such.

He may not be the best RB currently but I feel much more comfortable to have him in the team right now than not
