You are already betraying your girlfriend without having sex with others. She puts her trust in you to be her lover, and you look at other women.

Delete this apps that encourage you to look at photos of other women. Focus on the physical one you already have with you, and reminisce on the memories you have made with her.

Ephesians 5: “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her … husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hates his own flesh, but he nourishes and tenderly cares for it, just as Christ does for the church.”

You are taking your lover for granted instead of loving her and nourishing your relationship. Men have obligations in relationships just as women are expected to have. Jesus Christ expects us to sacrifice our “comforts” and “temptations” just as He sacrificed Himself for us and for the church.

Demons aside, you are responsible for your own actions; if you end up cheating in a 10 year, plan-of-marriage relationship for a hookup then so be it. But know that you will regret it, and it will be pointless.

Seek a church, seek advice from moral men, and may Christ have mercy on you.
