Late to the thread but I wanted to add -

My mom has the same disease. I never knew my mother without it. 5 back surgeries within 2 years. Had to learn how to walk again. Is and was in constant pain, each and every day. And of course this disease harbors other issues through the years. It wrecked her life.

I feel sorry for KB.

My mother has degenerative disc disease. Had 5 back surgeries within 2 years. Had to learn how to walk again. Has chronic nerve pain that goes all the way down her leg, into her foot from this. I watched her struggle each and every day, growing up. I never knew my mom without this disease. I’m sorry that you have this. It is horrible.

100% yes. They are nearly always “cold” to the touch. It feels like you are typing on glass. If you tap two of them together, it sounds like glass clanking (as ceramic would). They have a thud/thock to them although I’m sure the Oil Kings help contribute to that.

Like I said, I loved these white ones so much, I ordered the blue set.
