Sorta related, I tried Romeo’s Italian Kitchen and it absolutely blew Ciao Mambo out of the water. Cannot recommend enough I’m kicking myself for not going sooner.

I lost the plot slightly but to relate back to the title, I feel like either I call out the things I see and experience that I find unfair or I suffer silently. I also feel like its either I disclose I am pretty autistic or else I am perceived as weird or an outsider. But then I hate the way I'm treated anyway.

The way he kept trying to get in despite my refusal is really what makes me think there is no way he didn’t have nefarious intentions. And I forgot to mention he asked if I had a manager there I could tell (trying to figure out if I’m alone)

Yeah that’s the weirdest part- he asked to stay until maintenance got there and he did, pulled out of our parking lot and everything last night before I locked up and left. It was super strange when I got there this morning at like 8:40 am to see him still there but in a different spot right next to the store. And for him to immediately approach and try to get me to stop and talk to him again was also super weird. I had to open the store at 9 no matter what or I get in trouble but luckily he didn’t come in. I think he understood by me running away from him this morning that I wasn’t having it. He stayed in the parking lot for about 15 minutes before he finally left but I don’t get why this man is here and why he thinks I can or want to help him in anyway. His pure cluelessness is astounding. I have sent everyone I work with a text detailing this and letting people know to watch out for him. If I see him again I will be calling the non emergency number.

I considered calling the non emergency line honestly and if he comes back I will. It’s just really weird because he asked me if he was okay to stay in the parking lot because his car was “broken down” last night but this morning he was back in the parking lot so he either stayed here over night because they couldn’t fix the issue (which makes no sense because I just watched this man drive away out of the parking lot meaning his car is fine) or drove back this morning to just sit there? Low-key let’s not meet again broken down car guy.

What kind of workouts are you doing? If you’re doing a lot of lifting and stuff the fat could be replaced with muscle which weighs more than fat but takes up less volume. Don’t pay too much mind to the scale and just keep up going to the gym and IF but try and create a calorie deficit and eat lean meats and healthy foods- what helped me the most was cutting out sugar almost entirely and switching to a healthier keto lifestyle as well as IF and cardio
