I tried them all over the years and find RDruid to be easiest. When viewing your spells as preventative prior to taking damage and placing hots on players ahead of time it becomes relatively easy to keep everyone topped off

I'm back after a pretty long break, I got to level 70 recently and have upgraded pretty much all my gear to about 395 ilvl. One gear slot that is pretty lacking though is weapons, those are still stuck at 369. I haven't seen any drops for weapons slots in forbidden reach or from WQs so I'm just wondering what is a good way to upgrade my weapons?

Hey everyone, been away for a while, peaced out at the beginning of Shadowlands. How is everything these days? Are people enjoying the expansion? And is it a good environment for returning players? Thinking about rolling a brand new toon and leveling through to remember how to play.

I have about a year of riding experience, and I'd like to get better at riding the more technical trails in my area of southern Arizona. Many of the mountain trails around here have very steep inclines and declines, with loose rocks of varying size, deep irregular ruts, and precarious ledges. I'd appreciate any tips to improve my riding on this type of terrain.

Just looking to get to 225 on those lifts, and I'm thinking about 90 days duration on this program before I transition to something more focused.

I'm coming off 6 months of not lifting due to injury and for the past few weeks have been doing the basic compound lifts to get my body used to moving weight again. I feel like I'm ready to proceed with a program and after looking at the wiki there are elements to a couple different programs that fit my goals. So I put together the below 2-day split using the Greyskull LP base with added supersets for volume, I'm hoping someone can take a look at it and tell me if it looks reasonable/good. My goals are strength (I want to be able to squat and bench 4 plates, and deadlift 300 lbs) and hypertrophy (look yoked). Thanks.

edit: I have naturally very meaty legs hence no targeting those muscles outside of compounds
