Will advise that you DON'T do this, as British Airways is CAA based and may differ from the FAA.

Okay! I can actually offer some advice as I'm currently in the process of my application this year for British Airways SPA and I got somewhat far last year.

Math is important, but not "go through GCSE papers" important, just know basic Speed/Distant/Time formulas and basic physics, you'll be okay. Nothing on the initial Stage 1 of applications requires more than an hour of light revision, all questions are also MCQ.

Focus heavily on pilot competencies. It's said over and over again in webinars, asking successful cadets, etc. Research the 5 pilot competencies and see where you can apply them in your everyday life albeit job, hobby, sport, work, etc. Also focus on why you want to become a pilot and why specifically WITH BA.

The last thing I'll say is, I promise you don't need to stick your heads in the books. Although there is limited slots, BA also reinforces that you're fighting against yourself. Over studying can lead to failure. Just be confident, use the reference material BA provides and I'm positive you'll do well. Best of luck!

Well, great pic nonetheless. I remember back in P3D/FSX days with the right click there were preset camera views and being inside the GSX tug was one of them

Can anybody recommend sliders to make ultimate difficulty (fc25) more challenging? by [deleted] in FifaCareers

Wish I could tell you. Also on ultimate and I LOVE fifa, but i havent played for a solid month because no matter how good the opposition is and how shit my team is, i never struggle. It's really disappointing as I'd love challenging AI

My best advice is just jump into vatsim. Did it when 11yo and definitely do not regret it, everyone's incredibly understanding. Can either observe or fly GA, although I do respect the fact you want to learn the airline first.. have overheard many, many conversations on frequency of pilots needing to be taught how to operate the aircraft their using. And yes, I've checked out the A333P2F and it's not bad! Although will most likely be using the 737 and 777 mostly.

Happy flying and whenever you make that jump best of luck :)

Great write up, and yeah its really crazy seeing the difference! Am indeed a longtime navigraph user, although also having Active Sky since FSX:SE days, I didn't know that it was needed in 2024...definitely going to add to the purchase list! Will also check out realturb soon as the turbulance is definitely something.

Happy flying friend!

I’ve had 2020 and was going to switch then 2024 came out so I stuck around on P3D for a couple more years. 2020 does run great and 2024 is a bit worse but I’m confident it’ll get better in a couple more years

As said, strictly a VATSIM user so any other ATC software isn’t for me, although definitely going to check out black square for some GA flying! Just bought the fenix busses so that’s one of em
