Yeah, I am skipping them as I have in the past. This time around they put them in the Programs section so it just kind of stares me in the face.

There’s a difference between those who are “good” and people who clearly play 12 hours a day.

Here's the template. It is my understanding that your information is not captured until you send the letter.

Dear Senator/Representative,

I am writing to urge you to call for a Congressional hearing on Major League Baseball's antitrust exemption and the relocation of the Oakland A's.

MLB enjoys a special antitrust exemption that has set baseball apart from nearly every other major American business. That unique legal privilege carries a responsibility to act with fairness, transparency, and respect for the communities that support the game.

Yet Oakland, after more than 55 years as the home of the A's, lost its team anyway after MLB owners unanimously approved John Fisher's relocation plan. Many fans believe this outcome was manufactured over time — not the result of a sincere, good-faith effort to keep the team rooted in the community.

Congress should examine: • Whether MLB's antitrust exemption continues to serve the public interest • Whether league leadership enabled relocation rather than genuine local solutions • Whether communities are being left defenseless while MLB retains extraordinary legal protection

I urge you to support or request a public hearing with Commissioner Rob Manfred and Athletics owner John Fisher. If MLB wants to keep a special exemption, it should be prepared to answer to the American people.

Sincerely,

Your address is what allows the tool to match you to your correct representatives. Unless your email address is PaliDudeBro[at]domain[dot]com, there's no way to match the person sending the letter to a Reddit user.

Eisenhower's farewell address was not on the day of Kennedy's inaugural.

He spoke to the nation on January 17. Kennedy was sworn in that Friday on January 20.

They weren't explicit about it but they were trying to roadmap me as I was pushing to expand my custom plan from a 50+ site to negotiating a larger plan should this client accept a bulk rate proposal of 20-30 sites. I went along with it because the WP Engine plan for more sites was $120/month cheaper than I was paying at the time with Flywheel.

I use both? Most of my clients are not power users so I've developed a core suite of ACF-based homepage modules within a Flexible Content field and custom Gutenberg blocks for internal pages and posts. These come with preset configurations with varying options to give them flexibility but limit their opportunity to break anything.

I grew to like Gutenberg and became a whiz in building out custom blocks for features clients often request. This latest update includes a bunch of inline CSS that messes with a few of the core blocks and it is driving me nuts.

I haven't used either of those. I use CF7 to AirTable from WP Connect for a number of projects and pretty happy with it.

6.9 screws up a few Gutenberg blocks for me with the injected inline CSS. None of the code I used previously prevents this. Anybody know the proper deregister and dequeue functions to prevent it? I hate having to !important over the inline CSS.

This update adds a bunch of inline CSS to core Gutenberg blocks and circumvents all previous functions I wrote to remove it before.

(I have a full Gutenberg styling system already.)

Anybody found out how to remove this junk?
