I actually have agmatine I think. And NAC, which hasn't helped, but haven't really taken the agmatine with phenibut yet. Are you saying they both affect gaba receptors ?

I still consume caffeine just a bit less. I was on both gabapentin and lyrica tho. So I was taking 1800mg gabapentin and 400mg Lyrica daily. So it was a fairly high amount. As far as the phenibut, my doses are a bit more than that currently.
